Exterior Pros & Baths is a family-owned home improvement company serving homeowners throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Today, Exterior Pros operates with 8 sales representatives, 4 call center representatives, and 1 call center manager, handling approximately 1,500 leads and nearly 400 appointments each month. The Challenge

By most measures, Exterior Pros already had a sophisticated technology stack.
